Story 2.1

Tenant Account Creation

Enable organisation registration with admin user account setup via Makerkit.

Acceptance Criteria
  • Organisation created with name and admin user
  • Welcome email sent
  • Redirect to onboarding flow
  • Trial credits initialized
Story 2.2

Team Member Invitation & Management

Allow tenant admins to invite team members and assign roles (Admin, Content Creator, Viewer).

Acceptance Criteria
  • Invitation email sent with secure link
  • Role assignment during invite
  • Member removal with ownership reassignment
  • Role changes take effect immediately
Story 2.3

Brand Colour Palette Management

Enable upload and management of brand colour palettes with hex codes and colour picker.

Acceptance Criteria
  • Add colours via hex code or colour picker
  • Name and designate primary/secondary/accent colours
  • Up to 10 colours supported
  • Version history maintained for rollback

Brand Font Selection

Allow selection from curated font library or custom font upload.

Acceptance Criteria
  • 20+ professional fonts available
  • Primary and secondary font selection
  • Font preview with sample text
  • Custom font upload (TTF, OTF, WOFF2)

Brand Logo Upload

Upload organisation logos in multiple formats and versions.

Acceptance Criteria
  • Multiple logo versions (full, icon, horizontal)
  • PNG and SVG format support
  • Logo placement preferences
  • Minimum resolution validation (500px)

Style Examples Upload

Upload reference images that match brand style for AI learning.

Acceptance Criteria
  • Upload up to 10 reference images
  • Add descriptions for each image
  • Mark as good example vs reference only
  • AI uses these to inform generation

System Prompt Configuration

Configure global and tenant-specific system prompts for image generation.

Acceptance Criteria
  • View global default prompt (read-only)
  • Create tenant-specific override
  • Character count and guidelines shown
  • Reset to global default option

AI-Assisted Prompt Crafting

Get AI help crafting effective system prompts with preview capability.

  • Describe needs in plain language
  • AI suggests prompt improvements
